Guest Access:

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment—make yourself at home!
As a guest, you also get full access to all of the building luxury amenities including:

  • Rooftop pool with panoramic views

  • 24/7 state-of-the-art gym

  • Elegant co-working lounges

  • Spa with sauna, steam rooms & treatment suites ($50/day guest package is available)

  • Valet parking (fees apply)

  • 0-4 hours: $43 + tax

  • 4-24 hours: $75 + tax

Other Things to Know:

  • Resort Fee: $35 + tax/day (mandatory for all guests, even if amenities aren’t used)

  • Early Check-In: Subject to availability — From $50 fee

  • Late Check-In (host required):
     • 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM: $50
     • 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM: $100

  • Late Check-Out: Upon request and availability — From $50 fee
     • Unauthorized late check-out past 10:00 AM: $70 per hour

Guests are expected to respect the quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM) and all building rules regarding shared spaces and waste management.
