Guest Access:

Guests must complete a pre-arrival registration form before arrival. Building and elevator access are via electronic fob, which is located inside the unit. The unit door is accessed via pin code. The front desk can verify guests and provide elevator access upon arrival so they may retrieve the fob and parking pass from the apartment.

Located in the heart of Doral, this residence places you near some of the area’s best shopping, dining, and business hubs. You’ll be just minutes from Downtown Doral, CityPlace, restaurants, golf courses, and Miami International Airport, making this an excellent location for both work and leisure.

• Valet Available for Guest Vehicles – Subject to availability
• Additional paid parking options may also be available nearby

Other Things to Know:

• Registration form is required before arrival
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM | Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability and have an additional fee. Guests who remain in the unit past check out time without prior approval will be charged $70 per additional hour.
• Fob Policy: A $200 fee applies for any lost or unreturned key fobs.
• No Smoking | No Pets | No Parties – Strict building rules apply.
• Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Follow building rules in shared areas: Respect noise levels and waste sorting guidelines.
• Supplies Provided: A starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper (extras under the sink) and other basic items, is provided. Guests staying longer may need to restock as needed.
