Guest Access:

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment—make yourself at home!
As a guest, you also get full access to all of the building luxury amenities including:

• Spa with sauna, steam rooms & treatment suites ($50/day guest package is available)

Valet parking is available through the building, or you can use rideshare services like Uber/Lyft.

• 0-4 hours: $43 + tax

• 4-24 hours: $75 + tax

Other Things to Know:

• Resort Fee: $38.5 + tax/day (mandatory for all guests, even if amenities aren’t used)

Paid directly to the building at check-in with cash or card only (no Apple Pay).

Required for access to the unit and amenities, even if amenities are not used.

• Early Check-In: Subject to availability — From $50 fee

• Late Check-In (host required):
   • 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM: $50
   • 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM: $100

• Late Check-Out: Upon request and availability — From $50 fee
   • Unauthorized late check-out past 10:00 AM: $70 per hour
