Before you finalize your stay at our luxurious unit, please review the following terms and conditions. Guest Access

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire condo, make yourself at home!

As a guest at The Yacht Club at Aventura, you also enjoy full access to all resort-style amenities, including:

  • Heated outdoor pool in a lush tropical setting

  • Jacuzzi 

  • Fitness center with modern equipment

  • Illuminated tennis court

  • Indoor racquetball court

  • BBQ & gazebo area

  • Clubhouse for relaxation or socializing

  • Children’s playground

  • Private marina with dock access

  • 24-hour security throughout the community

Mandatory Access Fee: $110 per stay (includes up to 4 access cards required for entry to amenities and facilities)

Guest Services

We want your stay to be seamless and memorable. At Esca, your comfort is our priority:

  • Autonomous check-in via smart lock

  • Remote support – We’re available via phone, text, or Airbnb chat for anything you may need before, during, or after your stay

     • Unauthorized late check-out past 10:00 AM: $70/hour

  • Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests

  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

  • No Smoking 🚭

  • No Pets 🐾

  • No Parties or Events 🎉

  • Please respect all building rules and community spaces

  • Close balcony doors when using A/C
